Cake of Darth Maul
This Darth Maul-inspired Star Wars cake seems intimidating, but it’s not as difficult as it appears!
The horns on the top of Darth Maul’s head were simply made of bugles. A template was created to assist recreate the pattern for the marketings on his face. The how-to page has more photographs and explanations on how to create this cake.

Ahsoka Tano Cake is a cake inspired by Ahsoka Tano.
This Star Wars drip cake is far from ordinary. This cake incorporates aspects from Ahsoka Tano’s lekku, including a blue and white white chocolate ganache drip. The cake is frosted in orange buttercream and has a white pattern with her facial marks that was created using a template. In addition, a homemade Ahsoka Tano cake topper ties the whole thing together.

Cake of Princess Leia
When the weather outside makes you think of life on Hoth, this Princess Leia dessert is ideal.
The Empire Strikes Back’s Princess Leia’s Hoth vest is included into this simple Star Wars cake, which is totally iced in vanilla buttercream. In the recipe below, you’ll find instructions for making the buttercream badge that adorns the top of the cake, as well as a template for include a Rebel emblem in your cake design.

Tatooine is one of my favorite planets in the galaxy, therefore I wanted to build a Star Wars cake that was inspired by the planet’s sandy nature. This Tatooine sunset cake is the ideal backdrop for R2-D2 and C-3PO’s next journey, with an ombre buttercream pattern, crushed graham crackers for the sand, and cake toppers for the moons.

Cake of Queen Amidala
I adored Queen Amidala and her famous wardrobe choices as a youngster. So, when it came to creating a dessert inspired by The Phantom Menace, I wanted to include parts of her famous red gown. I developed edible sugar motifs to imitate the egg-like features on the bottom of her garment, which were covered with buttercream that mimicked the patterns and textures of her outfit. In the recipe below, you’ll find out how to do it.

Brownie Cake with X-Wings
Keep your eyes on the prize! Keep your eyes on the prize!
I wanted to offer something simple and memorable when I was requested to bring a Star Wars dessert to my young cousin’s birthday party. The legendary scene from the X-Wings in A New Hope as the pilots rush to take down the Death Star is featured on this brownie cake. Instead of displaying the distance meter at the bottom, I elected to display my cousin’s birthday.
